Delete your Pointy account

From the app

1. Open Pointy (the app or app.point-y.com) and sign in.
2. Go to My Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email us from your registered email address, or include your mobile number, at support@point-y.com. We'll confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, date of birth, photo and password.
• Your Google and Facebook links, devices, notifications and ratings.
• Any points you haven't spent are lost and cannot be restored.

What is kept

The record of past transactions (points, amounts, shop, date and mobile number) is kept, because it is an accounting record for shops and cannot be edited. If you sign up again with the same number, you start a new account from scratch.
